How do I make a reservation?
On the websites Home Page click on Request a Quote and reserve by the date or the item you are looking for. You can always EMAIL us at email@example.com. Deposits must be paid within 1 business day after reservation. If deposit is not paid we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Also a Valid Drivers License will be Scanned/Captured Upon signing Contract or Setup as well as a copy of your Receipt will be sent to you!
How long is my rental for?
All of our rentals are up to 24 hours. We drop off on the day of your rental and pickup the following morning. Some inflatables go back out the next day therefore will be picked up first thing.
What time will my inflatable be delivered?
We start our deliveries at 7:30am and strive to have all deliveries completed at least 30 minutes before your event starts.
How far in advance should I reserve my Bounce House?
All inflatables are reserved on first call basis. It is recommended that you make your reservation on a specific inflatable and date as soon as you can to make sure you have this item reserved.
How much is the Delivery Charge?
Depending on where you are located Delivery charge can range from $30.00-65.00 per trip to and from Destination.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?
Deposits are refundable if cancelation is made 8 or more days before your event. If cancelation is made 7 days or less before your event, the deposit will be used for future rentals. If you do need to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible.
How much is the deposit?
Your deposit is only $100. This holds and guarantees your rental for the date that you pick. Remaining balance is not due till we deliver. Deposit is due 1 business day from reservation.
What if the inflatable is damaged during my event?
If there is a defect in the inflatable, there will be no charge. Depending on the situation, if the inflatable is damaged due to a preventable circumstance (dog chewing, cut with a sharp object or other examples) then a repair fee will be incurred.
What methods of payment do you accept for rental items?
We accept all types of payments.
Where can I have the Bounce houses setup?
A bounce house can be set up on many different places on your property. The surface must be mostly flat and firm. Grass, concrete, asphalt and smooth gravel are acceptable. Please let us know in advance if the Bounce house will be setup on anything other then grass.
How much space is required for setup and proper use of the Bounce house?
20' x 20' is more than big enough for the standard Bounce house. The bounce house must be clear of all overhead power/utility lines and tree branches. We reserve the right to refuse setup if these conditions exist upon delivery.
What should I expect on the week of the event?
We will call to setup delivery time a few days before your event. Usually we start delivering early in the morning as the season starts to get busy. YOU MUST BE PRESENT in order for us to setup as we need to review important safety and operating procedures with you. If payment has not been completed, it will be due prior to setup.
What if the weather is bad?
If the weather is not cooperating on the day of the delivery, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule. Once the equipment arrives at the event, the deposit is not refundable or able to be used for future dates.
We have rented dirty Jumpers from other companies in the past. Are they always dirty?
NO. The unit should always be cleaned and sanitized. With Silly Inflatables you are guaranteed a clean and sanitized unit etc!
Do we have to keep the inflatable plugged in the entire time?
Yes and No. The blower is what keeps the inflatable up and inflated. Once unplugged they will deflate. When your party is complete then it is safe to turn off the unit.
Can inflatables be setup inside?
Yes they can be. We will setup our bounce houses indoors, only if the space will be large enough.
